She has attended and contributed towards numerous events, seminars and training courses and is an advocate of sustainable, collaborative design. Sarah has a great reputation within the industry and provides consultancy and troubleshooting services for a number of well-known advertising agencies.

Robert Pinfold
Creative Director, Mickey & Mallory
Robert is Mickey & Mallory's talented and experienced creative director, with over 15 years’ industry experience in art direction and user-centred graphic design.
His core skills include art direction and graphic design in web, online advertising, DVD, CD-ROM, kiosks, video and print media. He is an advocate of User-Centered Design (UCD) and ensures all projects are subject to this creative methodology. Throughout his career, Robert has demonstrated an entrepreneurial and innovative approach.
Robert has worked with numerous major blue chip clients in B2B, B2C and public and 3rd sector. He has vast experience of international projects, working with global clients that include Kodak and Intel in many European countries and across Asia for Sharp and Hong Kong Telecom.

Chris Wade
Technical Director, Mickey & Mallory
Chris is a founding director at Mickey & Mallory, with extensive experience of web development and integration across commercial and open source platforms.
Chris takes a best practice, standards-based approach to web design and development and is also experienced with Prince 2 and Agile project management methodologies.
Since graduating with a Computer Science BSc (Hons) degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, 15 years experience in web design and development ensures that Chris is ideally placed to identify and deploy appropriate technologies effectively, within time and budget, and to a very high standard.
