Warner Leisure - the high profile travel brand - were looking to rework their booking engine and gain maximum possible profit per holiday booked online.
The company wanted to increase spend per booking by increasing the visibility of their optional extras and holiday packages.
Mickey & Mallory created a user-focused journey design and booking process that enabled customers to explore the full range of additional options available to them.
Working within the existing brand, we took the opportunity to push the brand forward. We created interactive wireframes of the booking engine in prototype form, meaning we were able to chart the booking process with the client’s satisfaction and get each detail spot-on before building the finished product.
